LifeSafetyHires
A job board built only for fire protection contractors hiring NICET-certified fire alarm and sprinkler technicians — searchable by NICET specialty and level, state license, and panel-brand experience, instead of a general job site's unfiltered pile.
Where this stands
LifeSafetyHires doesn't exist as a working board yet, and nothing here is for sale. Right now we're interviewing Florida fire protection contractors about how technician hiring actually works — how they find techs, what a hire really costs, and where it breaks down. Those answers decide whether this gets built.
Contractors: if you hire NICET-certified techs and would give us 10 minutes on the phone, we'd like to hear from you. If the board is built, pilot contractors will be able to post one real opening free during the pilot. The planned price after the pilot is $299 for a 60-day post.
